All of our products are specially developed for industrial fire protection of wood, plastic and composite materials to give the best solution for Your processes . Different market segments have different regulations and end use application specifications to be taken account when looking for the best solution.

To make a fire, you need heat, oxygen and fuel, basically. To suppress fire, you need to eliminate one or more of these elements, nothing more. Unfortunately, suppression of combustion by decreasing oxygen level increases smoke level drastically. And THE SMOKE is the devil in fires, killing the most of the victims instead of heat of fire itself.

Non-Combustibility.

Cerameric non-combustible, Ceratol® products, do not produce flames, smoke or heat under fire conditions. For the most demanding applications, where non-combustibility is more or less the key, the solution is simple - use Ceratol®.

Over Requlations.

Typically you are looking for fire safety to meet regulations of end use markets, nothing more. For these applications we recommend to try our surface protection product to prevent burning. Select Ceratol or stimuli-responsive Cerafone materials or combine these technologies to reduce smoke and heat generation level. You can do this with separate prepreg or solid film layers or with liquid systems, You choose keeping mind in productivity.

Aesthetics.

Aesthetics is sometimes the key and architects rules. For these cases we have developed a special layer-on-layer system to satisfy imagination of artists. The world is full of different decorative shapes, forms and figures. With our novel fire protection solution, You are able to use decorative papers with anykind of figures or even images.
